At Holidays Calendar you now have the option to create a personal calendar with your own personal, vanity domain name. With this feature you will be able to create your own personal calendar with its own name, such as wilmas.holidayscalendar.com or freds.holidayscalendar.com. To create your calendar, click here or follow these steps:

1. Mouse over Create / Invite at the top of the page.

2. Click "Create Calendar"

3. Fill out the form - the calendar name should be one word as it will be used to form your vanity domain name (e.g. a calendar name of elvis will result in a homepage of elvis.holidayscalendar.com)

4. Click "Submit"

5. You will receive an email with an activation link to the email address provided in the registration form - click on the link

6. Your new, personalized calendar will be ready for editing!"

Invite

Once you have created your personalized calendar, you can easily invite people to see your events and holidays. Simply click on the envelope icon under "Toolbox", and you will be taken to an invitation page. Please note that the default privacy setting for your calendar is "private", and can be changed to "allpublic" by clicking on the "Settings" icon in the Toolbox.

If you are not registered, you can still invite people, which of course we hope you will! Again go to "Create and Invite" at the top of the page, and click on Invite Friends. You will be taken to the invitation page. Simply enter the Name and Email address of the person you would like to invite, and we will do the rest!
