Never Give Up Day

There is a lot of advice that is doled out by people all of the time, and half of what is supplied is false. The one adage that always rings true is the one that says “you should never give up.” Although this might at first seem like a generally positive piece of advice that rings hollow, the truth of the matter is that it is a piece of advice that is absolutely true.

People do have the power to make their dreams come true, all they have to do is to drag the dream into reality through persistence. And a great day to begin doing just that is Never Give Up Day. This holiday is observed annually on August 18th and reminds all of us that our destiny is in our own hands.

The History Of Never Give Up Day

Never Give Up Day was founded in May 2019 to encourage people to not give up on themselves.

It was also conceived as a day that allowed the achievements of those who have achieved personal greatness and glory to stand as a beacon for those who are still working at accomplishing their dreams. Every person in the world has the potential to succeed, if they’re willing to do the work toward their dreams.

Observing Never Give Up Day

This holiday only supplies a platform for people, it doesn’t tell them how they should observe it. It’s up to every individual, organization, business, and association to figure out the best way for them to observe this holiday.

Ideally, this is a day for people who have conquered the odds to show the people who are still struggling that it is possible for them to achieve their dreams. Motivation and persistence are the two keywords for this holiday, that everyone needs to keep in mind.

With that being said, we also encourage people to use the hashtag #NeverGiveUpDay to help spread the word about this holiday to anyone and everyone who needs to celebrate it.
