International Client’s Day

International Clients Day is a holiday that encourages businesses to give their clients a little bit of appreciation. No business can be successful without its clients, so it only seems natural that any business would want to maintain that important relationship—a relationship without which the business has no chance of remaining in operation. Of course, treating clients well all year long is really the key to continued business success, but this holiday serves as a good starting point. This day is observed annually on March 19th and has been for over a decade now.

The History of International Clients Day

This holiday was created by a company from KlaipÄ—da, Lithuania, that was trying to find out how it should observe its anniversary. They then came up with the idea of acknowledging their clients instead.

After all, they reasoned, clients are the foundation of every successful business. This is when they decided to create a holiday and encourage other companies to celebrate it. On March 19th, 2010, Clients Day was invented, and the following year it would become an international holiday.
